This mattress is rolled for easier handling and delivered 1-man door-to-door, typically within 48 hours of dispatch, between 8 am and 6 pm. You’ll receive a track and trace number with your order confirmation, and our logistics partner will try to contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery time.

For customers in Anglesey, Dyfed, Gwynedd, Cornwall, Powys, and the Scottish Highlands, a small delivery surcharge of £16 applies.

Not quite right? No problem. You have the right to return the mattress within 14 days of delivery. Mattresses must be unopened and unused. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the process.
