Delivery

Enjoy free UK mainland delivery on all orders. Customers in Scotland, Northern Ireland or other remote areas may experience a delivery surcharge. If you’re unsure whether this applies to your address, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm any additional charges.

Delivery times depend on the supplier and product type. Tracking or delivery confirmation will be provided whenever available.

 

Hoppekids Deliveries

Hoppekids items typically arrive within 5–10 working days. A track-and-trace number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Where possible, our courier will contact you to confirm that you’re available to receive your delivery.

 

Mathy by Bols Deliveries

Mathy by Bols furniture is made to order in Belgium. Production takes approximately 4–6 weeks before dispatch. Once the items arrive with our UK logistics partner, you’ll receive a message to schedule a suitable delivery date.
Orders are delivered flat-packed for easier handling. Delivery may be made to the doorstep or to a room of your choice, depending on courier availability and your location. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or an extra charge.

 

Komfi Deliveries

Komfi mattresses are usually delivered within 7–10 working days. Delivery may be carried out by a two-person team or a standard courier depending on the specific model. You will receive a delivery window or tracking details once the courier has your order.

 

Returns Policy

Please inspect your goods within 24 hours of receiving them and inform us immediately if anything is damaged. If your item arrives damaged, we will arrange for collection and provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Before initiating any return, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email info@littlebigsleep.co.uk. Return addresses vary by supplier, so we will confirm the correct return location for your specific item.

If you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their full original packaging, which must not be marked, written on or damaged. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds are processed within 3 working days.

We cannot accept returns after this period.

Items That Cannot Be Returned Unless Faulty

  • Bespoke or made-to-order products, including all Mathy by Bols furniture
  • Items where assembly has been started
  • Mattresses, toppers, duvets, bedding and pillows unless unopened and unused in their sealed packaging
  • Special-order items requested specifically for you (we will make this clear at checkout)

 

Supplier-Specific Return Rules

Mathy by Bols

Because Mathy by Bols furniture is made to order, it cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, and we will arrange replacement parts or a full replacement where necessary.

 

Komfi

Komfi mattresses may be returned within 14 days only if they are unopened, unused and still in their original sealed packaging. Once opened or slept on, they cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Missing Parts

If your item is missing parts or arrives damaged, we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible. Please email info@littlebigsleep.co.uk with your order number, photos of the issue, a brief description of the problem and part numbers if applicable.

Some products sourced from Europe may require a little extra time for replacement parts, but we will keep you updated throughout.

If your goods were delivered by courier, we will try to arrange a next-working-day collection. If delivered by a two-person team, we will arrange a convenient slot for collection. You may organise your own return at your own cost, but we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage during transit when self-arranged returns are used.
